Please state if your call is an emergency.

• A message will be taken along with a number where you may be reached.

• Your chart will be retrieved prior to the nurse returning your call.

• The office nurse will return calls at various times throughout the day.

Prescriptions

• Please contact your pharmacy for routine prescription refills. The pharmacy will contact your physician if necessary.

• Please call at least 48 hours before your prescription runs out.
